You can place an order by:
1. Checking out on the website
2. Contacting Customer Service
Yes, you can place your order and pay for your products when you receive them by choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option upon checkout. You can also contact Customer Service for them to process your order.
If you choose delivery to your nearest ACS, you'll be able to pay with cash or card. If you choose home delivery, you can only pay with cash.
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order summary. Once our warehouse dispatches your order, you’ll receive another email or SMS with your tracking number.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email or SMS, it is likely that:
1. The email has gone to your Junk / Promotions folder
2. You have provided an incorrect email address or phone number
3. You haven’t successfully completed checkout
You can also login to “My Account” and select “Order History” to view all
your orders. Please allow 1 hour from placing your order for it to
appear in your account.
To make any amendments to your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing your order.

We use:
- Box Now Lockers
- ACS Courier
- Primewell (for home deliveries in difficult to reach areas in Cyprus)
We deliver to Cyprus and Greece.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 1-5 business days.
You can track your order by entering your tracking number here.
If you fail to collect / receive your order within 10 days, ACS will return your package to us. If your order is returned and you would like for it to be re-sent, you will be asked to cover the shipping expenses.
